Step-by-step guide
- Upload the PDF. Drop in the file. The first page renders as an interactive preview; use the page navigator to jump between pages.
- Draw a selection. On desktop, click and drag to create a crop box. On mobile, a full-page selection appears that you can tighten with the handles.
- Fine-tune with handles. Drag any of the eight handles (4 corners + 4 edge midpoints) to resize precisely. Drag the centre of the box to reposition without changing size.
- Choose apply scope. Apply the crop to only the current page, or to every page in the document.
- Crop and download. Click the action button — the cropped PDF downloads automatically.
